Easy lateral access with external sinus lift
The Surgical Kit 1 contains instruments with a handpiece shaft for lateral access during an external sinus lift. Tungsten carbide milling cutters in three diameters and diamond instruments in three grain sizes enable the successive thinning of the fascial maxillary sinus wall up to Schneider's membrane. The large diameter of the instruments protects the diaphragm from unwanted perforation.
