Controlled bone augmentation with screw-shaped spreaders and horizontal spreaders
Split-Control Plus is a combination of the tried-and-tested Split-Control and Crest-Control systems and thus offers a comprehensive range of instruments for controlled jaw comb expansion. It contains both special screw-shaped compaction and spreaders (spreaders) as well as flat horizontal spreaders, which allow controlled and uniform spread of horizontally absorbed bones. The screw-shaped spreader additionally gently compacts spongiform bones, while the horizontal spreaders allow the spread of the jaw comb by up to 5 mm. Thus, the jaw is optimally prepared for the insertion of an implant common on the market.
