Controlled execution of internal sinus floor elevation
Combined system for the internal and external sinus lift
The combined Lift-Control Plus system offers coordinated instruments for both internal and external sinus floor elevation. In the internal sinus lift, the bone of the implant bearing is displaced with the help of the elevators towards the maxillary cavity. This method is particularly suitable for augmentation of small vertical deficits at a residual bone height of more than 6 mm. When the external sinus lift is carried out, a lateral access is placed through the fascial sinus wall and the Schneiderian membrane is prepared with the help of the various hand instruments and raised from the bottom of the maxillary cavity to cranial. A suitable bone augmentate can then be inserted under the Schneiderian membrane.
