For easy execution of the external sine lift

External lift control is a system for the easy execution of an external sinus lift. After lateral access through the fascial maxillary wall, the Schneiderian membrane is prepared with the various hand instruments and raised from the floor of the maxillary cavity to cranial. Subsequently, a suitable augmentate can be inserted under the Schneiderian membrane. The special CARBOCER® coating of the hand instruments enables reflection-free work.
