The Bone Replacing System, which is suitable for all common implant systems, enables a precise and standardized procedure for the transplantation of bone cylinders.

The various milling tools are available in three diameters and are matched to each other in such a way that the outer diameters of the bearing cutters or the diameters of the wheel cutters correspond to the inner diameters of the trepanes. As a result, a clamping fit is usually achieved when the bone cylinder is inserted, which can be reinforced with separately available fixation screws if necessary. Bone cylinders transplanted in this way that fit perfectly result in an implantable bone bearing after only about 3-4 months due to faster vitalization and healing.
