Split-Control Basic is a system for gentle widening of the alveolar ridge and simultaneous lateral bone compaction in horizontal bone deficits. With the help of special helical compaction and spreading instruments (spreaders), horizontally resorbed bone can be controlled and gently expanded (bone spreading).

Split-Control Basic is an entry-level system with reduced instruments and spreaders with a length of 12 mm.
