Horizontal-Spreader

With the horizontal spreaders, predetermined and minimally invasive horizontal widening of the alveolar ridge, especially in the distal lower jaw, is possible. With the completely new Horizontal Spreader, the alveolar ridge can be easily and quickly widened by up to 5 mm. Subsequently, an implant of all common systems can be inserted into the widened segment during the mineralization phase.
