For easy performance of the external sinus lift

External-Lift-Control is a system for easy performance of an external sinus lift. After lateral access through the fascial maxillary sinus wall, Schneider's membrane is dissected with the various hand instruments and raised from the floor of the maxillary sinus to the cranial. Subsequently, a suitable augment can be inserted under the Schneiderian membrane. The special CARBOCER® coating of the hand instruments enables reflection-free work.
