The SinossMem equiner resorbable collagen membrane is characterized by an exceptional combination of strength and flexibility for easy and safe defect treatment.

SinossMem provides a long-lasting barrier function and is absorbed within 6 months. SinossMem fulfills the physico-chemical properties such as biocompatibility, tissue integration, cell occlusiveness and protects the bone substitute material in particular due to its particularly strong structure.

During the regeneration process, the SinossMem provides a barrier function without an inflammatory soft tissue response. The biological structure of the SinossMem prevents the ingrowth of soft tissue and allows cells and blood vessels to penetrate quickly and is thus quickly integrated into the surrounding tissue.
