Crestal-Lift-Control is a system for the simple and safe execution of an internal sinus lift. The raising of the Schneiderian membrane takes place already during the transcrestal drilling process. The particularly atraumatic construction of the Crestal drill with its four cuttings and the inward arched head enables the safe forming of a conical bone lid and can also be used ideally for the accumulation of bone chips. In addition, the stop sleeve system, which is tailored to the special instruments, prevents injury or a piercing of the Schneiderian membrane. Crestal-Lift-Control contains a comprehensive instrument set for the safe execution of the internal sinus lift.
